Rules

-First you have to read these clearly before making an order.
-I do accept any type of sites, forums, blogs...etc.
-Payments will be made with image accounts, like Wire Image, Daily Celeb, Getty Images...
-I do also accept money (though I prefer image accounts), send me an email to discuss the prices, and make sure you do have a PAYPAL account.
-You should send me at least 3 HQ and untagged images for a layout.
-Please make sure to put all the information about how you want the layout/graphic to be in the email.
-If you don't like something on the layout, tell me why and I'll try to fix that. But I won't be making a whole diffrent layout. And make sure to ask all the changes only ONCE and clearly.
-I'll first send you a layout with "sample" on it, after that you must send me the image account (or the money through PayPal) and I'll send you the whole, real, thing.
-If you don't receive your package after a week, then you can send me an email asking for it, otherwise any other email like "is my layout ready" will be neglected. But normally, you will receive your layout in a few days.
-A link back to OptimistiQuable should be added on your site once the layout is up.
